Who ever "comes of age" first. 
Both my gamma and my other Python Pete female are in the 800 gm range and approaching the 3ish year mark. I'm going to give them both another year or so and at least double their weight before trying. I'd rather go slow and be safe than to push it too quickly and be sorry.
