jag update
So first of all We decided to name him Mars. He just had his first shed since i got him last night. Ive been working on handling him most days for about 10-15 minutes and he has been very bitey every single time and anything that moves and even the TV across the room. With that said the last couple times i handled him last week it seemed like his heart just wasnt in to biting me and he was doing a half *** job at it lol. I took him out for a little bit earlier today and he didn't even try to strike at me at all so i guess he is finally learning that i wont be eating him for dinner. Anywho just thought i would post a couple of post shed pics, I dont think he likes the flash on my camera very much tho.

Re: jag update
Yeah they're for birds but all my snakes seem to like them or at the least hang out on or around them.

They do calm down with time with just regular handling if needs be use a glove to get him out then remove the glove once he's out.
I've noticed the jags are a bit more aggressive than some of the other carpets

Re: jag update
When perched on the ladders, it should make it easier for cage maintenance or handling. Just pull the ladder out with the snake attached lol

Re: jag update
I do that a lot. Mostly with my jungle. She loves her. Ladder and drags it with her most of the time with her tail. The jag likes his ladder but he's not so clingy with it lol.
