L.G.G Motley missing black

Hi there peops ,
can someone please tell me how to figure out what this "Motley"
Thing is ?
I really have no clue what it means .

If you are talking about cornsnakes, then they are not lampropeltis to begin with. They are Pantherophis (Elaphe) guttatus guttatus.

Ok, so motley-ism in corns is known to reduce the amount of black normally seen in normal corns. Motley also creates neat dorsal patterns (striping, circles) and the checkers on the belly disappear.
