I was wondering/retic question.
I plan on building a 8ft long enclosure for my retic.
she is female. I was wondering if i could go any smaller.
like make the enclosure 7ft long but, make it very wide.
like 7ft long/4ft wide.
Just wondering what is preferable?
Or is it just better to make it 8ft and 3ft wide.

Re: I was wondering/retic question.
At four wide mate you'd have to climb inside if she takes a poo at the back, not very pleasant .at three foot wide I have to do it with Jenny's because I'm an Irish hobbit and it's not nice

Re: I was wondering/retic question.
I would say it depends on the type of retic as well, if mainland the longer the better, but as Dave said, 4ft deep is deep.. but if it's a super dwarf and the female only gets to be 8ft long then a 6x2x2 would be perfect or your 7 long even better..

She's a mainland. so would a 8ft long by 3ft wide be okay.
I heard the smallest you can go for is that ^^^^^^

Go as big as you can Jay that way if she ends up a true giant she'll have enough room and you'll not have to upgrade her

Re: I was wondering/retic question.
At the moment it's 8x3x2 if need be we can go 12x4x3 but that's really pushing it
