Those look pretty healthy to me. They would be more yellow and less “inflated” if they were not fertile. I’d say there’s no reason not to incubate unless you are 100% positive they are infertile...

I recently got my king snake, and did not get him/her sexed. I truly have no reason to get him/her probed at the moment, so I will leave it up to everyone here and your best (logical)...
