To Moe: The bottom is less than 90 at the closest spot so I can't see it being dangerous. It ranges to 80s near the top of the soil.

Now I put 12 crickets and 1 adult male dubia in a bowl just now....came back in 10 min and 3 crickets are left and the dubia still remains....maybe he prefers not to eat something that large?

The PVC I was referring to was the sheets needed to make the walls of an enclosure. Do you know what thickness they should be and where to get them in canada ?

yes thats what the store figured because they received like 15 babies so it would be unlikely that babies were wild caught

to respond what i had mentioned earlier the other thing beneficial with a smaller cage is that if you are off in temp/humidity you can achieve it quite quickly with small adjustments.......
