Check craigslist for tanks or get a tub. Cheap snakes end up being more expensive because of the vet bills. If you knew your corn snake was going to outgrow the tank, shouldn't you have been prepared...

I heard that their husbandry is pretty much the same as a BRB and they tend to get dehydrated easily. Others say they only need moderate humidity, what do you think?

Feeding him more often is not gonna do anything. From what I can tell, your MBK associates you with food. Also, as mentioned above you might be stressing him out.

There is virtually no information on them and the information there is, is super varied. One says you should have a hot spot of 100f and others claim it...

Use Reptisafe. Itīs literally just a dechlorinator, it poses no threat to your reptile, you could drink it. 2 drops per 8oz of water.

I was gonna suggest neosporin as well. Itīs very possible its due to live insects not being removed. As harmless as they may seem, donīt leave any live prey unsupervised.
