As regards springtails . There's a lot of discussion , online currently, suggesting that springtails can help contain and even eradicate snake mites !!??

I understand that they eat the mite eggs...

Another proven method is to give the snake a 30 minute soak in some water ( closed container ) and then simply keep "feeding" the snake through your hands repeatedly whilst holding a damp towel .......

I've had a couple of youngster a while back and recall the breeder telling me that they couldn't tolerate any kind of moisture and to treat them like desert snakes .... not certain that he was...

As I understand , the albino gene comes from the Cali King but I'm still awaiting full details of the genetics from the breeder .
