Re: Jungle carpet python, inactive?

As most have said. Very little activity during the day but they should pick up just before dusk and again before dawn. Some will be active all night.

Re: Common Snapper laying eggs!

An August find in Ontario. We see them yearly at the cottage. So I never see them going into the ground but I see them coming out.

Re: Jungle Carpet Python Questions & Concerns

I would start with the above. Cover the sides with something dark or get a forest look aquarium background at a pet store. You need to change a couple other small things. Those lights will turn your...

Re: I can't decide what I want!

Have you looked at any Pituophus ? Pines, bulls and gophers come in some decent morphs and typically hiss and rattle but seldom bite. So you get the best of both worlds...a little 'tude with no...

Re: Cycling forum suggestions.

So i did not end up at the Hydrocut on Saturday but still hit the trail. I did manage to get up and ride 24km Saturday along a dirt trail. It was insane my legs were burning at first and then just...

Re: Swapping Enclosures when breeding?

Most people put the male into the females cage because typically she is bigger and has a bigger cage. Also a female can stress over being moved but the male just wants to get to business and seldom...

Re: Species progression?

A demon corn will not prepare you for a demon retic. Having 3 or 4 friends helping will. Getting proper knowledge is also not the same as googling it and hoping you know everything.

Re: Species progression?

I agree with Derek in both of his posts. Starter or progression snakes are for those who learn by making husbandry mistakes and not those who can get their "stuff" together first. This is solely in...
