One lucky kid. Check this out.

This is one of the craziest stories I've seen in a while.

Re: Opinions wanted, is this SD a morph in your eyes.

I'm going suntiger. The "tiger" look isn't as typical, but I still believe that's the other piece of the puzzle along with Sunfire.

Re: 1 year hypo Burmese update

A hypo labyrinth would be my first choice but with the lacy act you gotta take what you can get in your state. But hypo is fine with me. It makes their markings really pop out, and look so clean.

Re: Herping Hotspots near Tampa, FL

Everglades are about a 4 hour drive from Tampa, and that's about as good as it gets. You can check out Fort Desoto, between St Petersburg and Sarasota. Another cool one is to go to any of the...

Re: Another 'Guess What' Thread!

Beautiful snake mink. At ten feet is when most retics start putting on weight, not just length. 8-9' you'll have no problem on your own. 10' is a toss up, and every animals body structure is...

Re: 1 year hypo Burmese update

Yeah hissing I'm fine with. Honestly I'm not turned off by a snake that takes a swing at me from time to time, but when that snake is a full grown Burmese its quite different lol.

Thanks for the...

1 year hypo Burmese update

Well a little over a year ago I purchased my first Burmese. A hypo het albino male. I had him out today and snapped a few pics. His attitude is getting better, as he only hissed a bit coming out but...

Question about mite treatment

So for the first time ever, I'm dealing with mites. I know, exciting right? My question is this. Should I treat the entire collection with Provent a mite, or only the single animal that I know of has...

Re: Sudden death of my retic

Thanks bigsnakegirl. I'll look into that. Fortunately I've never had the need until now. But just in case, I'm going to look into it, in the event I'm ever in this situation again.

Re: Tsubakis Giants, an update topic.

Beautiful animals tsubaki! I would expect nothing less from you! I would say no in regards to Lyra being Platinum. Her colors are a little more toned down than that. To me she's a dead ringer for the...

Re: Sudden death of my retic

Thanks everyone. I've been a little quiet lately. Works been busy and I've been kind of adjusting. This too shall pass. I'm trying to look ahead and come to terms that there wasn't anything I could...

Re: Sudden death of my retic

I appreciate the kind words. I've had animals pass before, but never a healthy young adult. It's a real bummer too that he was by far my favorite snake. The only thing I'm happy about was it must...

Re: Kingsnake Shaking

My male Tai beauty does this. Best way I can describe it, is like he's shivering. Freaked me out the first time I felt it.

Re: they should know better

I understand, and agree with you. I have no problem with the goldfish simply because as you said, they're bred to be eaten, and most will die even if they're not fed off. It just goes to show how...

Re: madagascar hognose snakes

I love these snakes. If I could find one that's captive bred, or long term captive I'd jump on it. Unfortunately too many of these wild collected animals I've seen for sale are in rough shape.
