My little caramel is almost a year old now and has got a bit of the golden caramel color. Is still very forward and have (as E.Z said) a lot of spitfire attitude. Love it

Thanks Tsubaki! I am very pleased with her. She is a feisty little snake with strong feeding response, but have with handling/tap training become a little easier to handle.The plan is that we become friends before she reaches 7-8 feet. Because then the bites are not so charming anymore

Thanks El Ziggy! Nothing strange about that. It's just a family trait. Very bitchy mom Currently I feed her with preys around 10 % ( 100 gr ) once every 7-10 days. Every two weeks when she is feeding on 15%- preys.

I use a pair of fly fishing gloves in neoprene. They are very soft, pretty thick and don't destroy their teeth. They also have very good grip, so you can hold the snake without squeezing it despite that it winds around like a worm on the hook
