Re: Hello, may need assistance with ball python

It's not ok. You need to gain humidity or use humidity box.
You need to remove unshed scales after soaking in warm water for 15-20 mins. Unshed scales can lead to rotting as far as I know.

Re: Carpet Python bleeds a bit from mouth when shedding.

My carpet was never bleeding like that (at least I didn't see that). Shedding can't affect to her mouth.
Lack of vitamin C and A can lead to stomatitis as well as physical injury o snake's mouth.

Re: Parrot snake feeding

Was pinkie hot or cold ? Try warm it. It can work even if the snake doesn't have heat pits.
Or perhaps your snake doesn't feel safe to start eating.

Re: Oxygen in aquariums

Perhaps I can answer my question myself. I think air ventilation is doing via heating for reptile. No matter it's a lamp or heat pad. Heat devices warm CO2 and it go upside of enclosure.

Re: Oxygen in aquariums

I mean an aquarium is sealed besides a top. So CO2 fills a space inside.

Oxygen in aquariums

I have a question about aquarium used as enclosure. CO2 has more weight than oxygen, it means a tank will fill with CO2 at a floor. A tank is sealed so it leads a snake to have small amount of oxygen...
