my boas very rarely use there hide and are on show 90% of the time, some only use them when in shed or the warm end hide when digesting a meal...

ive seen this happen on boas before its like reverse paradox, normal paradox are like black scales where these are white, can look cool sometimes

you say you use a ceramic at night .and a heat bulb in the day.so you swap these over at night? why dont you just use the ceramic then on the thermostat all 24hrs . if its set correct at one end...

That is strange, my boas only tend to use there hides around shed time and are pretty much on display apart from then.
