Re: Non-eater for 2 months

Have you tried braining the pinks? Makes the scent of the pinky stronger.

Re: Why you don't leave the snake cage open.

My snake has recently been more interested with the tank lid being off rather than her food. Just yesterday I had the lid open to watch her eat (top lid not front lid) and possibly do the "zombie"...

Re: Switching to rats, problems

You could get a frozen mouse and scent the rat. I have to scent my f/t pinkies for my hognose with frozen toad. Don't see why the mouse would need to be alive...unless they are used to eat live...

Re: Reptile slaughter house. Warning Very Graphic

Yes I realize that youngster and it is very sad. What you won't see is practices like this in the US (or shouldn't since they are regulated by the government). In fact you make more money farming...

Re: Reptile slaughter house. Warning Very Graphic

I didn't watch the video yet, but I will give my points on how I feel about the fur/skin industry in general. And this goes for ANY animal...since in some countries they use cats and dogs for furs...

Re: Enclosure too big?

I also have to take apart Adelina's tank to find her sometimes. I had to remove a good amount of bedding just to make it easier to find her. She can still burrow but now I am able to find her...

Re: HUGE crocodile found in the Philippines!

Supposedly after catching this monster of a croc the townfolk were saying they say an even BIGGER one still out in the wild. Makes me glad our Alligators can't/don't/aren't allowed to get that big!

"Playing" with snakes in the wild is not the same as getting true training through someone who works with them on a daily basis and is considered an expert. You are saying you are looking into...

Re: Wild Garter Snake Eating Toad

To bad that Garter doesn't have fangs to "pop" the toad like a Hoggie can do :)

That sounds MUCH better Airman. Eventually I am sure you will be able to put your snake in your bigger tank (though with a big empty tank I would see that as the perfect excuse to get another...

Re: Anyone see Bieber's boa?
