New to snake owning

After wanting a snake pretty much my whole life, I finally got a snake of my own. Not the greatest with introductions, so just putting a small hello.

Thanks everyone! Yes, that's him(?) in my profile picture. A ball python. Not really sure on gender but I don't want to hurt him with actually checking.
