Female 5yr Ball Python fasting 6 months..

I am wondering if anyone can give me some pointers as what to do, because I am at a loss.
My Female Ball Python is 5yrs old and has now not eaten for 6 months, her temperatures and humidity are at optimum levels, she has her basking spot, 2 hides to go to and is still active, showing no different signs then usual.
Recently went to the vet and the Vet said everything was normal from looking at her, they also took blood sample, and still everything seemed to be normal, Yet my ball pythons refuses to eat, she has 0 signs of interest in any food.
She normally goes on food strikes for about 3-4 months but no 2 months over usual and is just recently after 5 months starting to lose weight very slowly.

The Humidity is 62-65 and temp in day 78-90 going to 70-75 at night.

Any help would be appreciated.

Was she feeding on frozen/thawed? Have you tried any alternative methods?

A couple of proposed tweaks for you to think about based on what I see that can definitely cause feeding consistency issues...in short, heat stimulates appetite, and I think your snake is just a few degrees short of getting enough of it:

- Night temps should be maintained at 75 or above
- Basking spot of a couple of degrees above 90 should be offered

Hopefully others will have some more feedback for you. It sounds like your snake is in otherwise good healty so do your best to not be overly concerned.

I agree with Andy G about temps being low. They should stay above 75 at all times.
There's also no need for night drops. I suggest bumping temps to about 82 ambient with a 90 hot spot.

Also, I second pshychcircus's question about prey type.

I tried feeding her the other night, had room temps at 80 and gave her a freshly killed rat from a breeder.
He suggested exposing blood from the rat before feeding, It seemed to do the trick, as she grabbed the rat from the tongs before i even had it over her in the feeding enclosure.
Thank you all for the input! i'll be sure to keep the temps a little higher.
