I use a vivarium electronics 300x2 hooked up to my 80 watt RHP from Reptile Basics, and a large heat pad from Exo Terra. I get an ambient of 80, cool side of 75 warm side of 85, and hot spot of 93....

I would think it would be pretty stressful. In blue, they can't see very well so they are on high alert. But since he knows you, he probably doesn't care about you. New people though might stress him...

Keep him on paper towels, and switch them out everyday. It'll help keep them from breeding. Keep his enclosure decorations to a minimum, and clean them as well. Continue the medication and hopefully...

Fogger ideas

Anybody have any creative ideas on how to pump fog into my enclosure I'm building? I don't want some bland hole in the wall :S Thank you for any and all input!

Plants in terrariums

What would be the best plant for air purification? One that scrubs the air better than others, for instance. I'm seeing alot of golden pothos and ferns, just wanted some various opinions. Thanks!

Vision heating

What would be the best way to heat a vision v600 cage? I'm thinking a Flukers jumbo heat pad with a low wattage (60?) Light above it, just to help heat the air a little more.

My ball python had an illness prior to my receiving him, it was no fault of mine. My friend has three male burms, which I have spent a great deal of time with and will be buying the burm off of him....
