ok well its been three weeks now and she still hasn't got her head shed, its still on her eyes, most of her nose, and the whole rest of the head, and i've been giving her a soak or the pillow case...

Ok well still no sign of any blood so that's good. I have seen some clumps of scales stuck to the side of the tank how bad is that for her and will it just eventually stop and fix itself?
