Re: Supplying heat for my gopher snake

I don't do belly heat at all because that's not how it works in nature. Snakes also rely on ambient air temps which a uth does nothing. Uth's are also hard to use with a thermostat. The way nature...

Re: Finding a CB ringneck snake

I've never seen cb ones. These pretty little snakes just don't do captivity well at all. Many have tried but the most life span anyone seems to have gotten in captivity is under a year. Try some...

Re: What's your favourite snake family?

Mine by far are the pituophis clan because of their grumpy attitudes. I love the hissing and tail rattling. It makes me laugh. To me they have the most personality of any snake.

Re: zilla jungle mix for pituophis

With the sani chips he made huge mounds that made it difficult to open the drop down door and kept filling his water dish full of it. Pits are one of the few snakes that can dig their own burrows....

I own proline and think they are the best because of their dovetailed construction and their hdpe material. Nothing sticks to hdpe and its nonpourous.

Re: A Few Question About My Snakes
