i know i can't be the only one with this question but as i have not looked into hots at all what is a trap box? wouldn't a viv the opens from the top be the safest as cobras can only strike downward...

if you stun a mouse or pre kill it there should be absolutely no harm in feeding it. hoppers have there eyes open but usually don't have the strength to injure a snake. i have fed my king live...

let her settle in for a week or so before you feed or handle her. if she is nippy you can use gloves or maybe invest in a snake hook. congrats on the new boa.

the 100% het Axanthic to a normal should give you all normals with a 50% chance het (half will be het)

shedding in brumation

i have a bloodred corn that is in brumation. when i went to check on her she had gone blue. should i let her shed while it is cold or should i warm her up to help her shed? has anyone had this...

mites are easy to deal with if you catch them early. i got a mite product that you can spray one your snake and cleaned out all my enclosures with it and have not seen a problem since.
