I've had my ball python for a year and two months now. She has been eating great since I got her. My question is how big should a yearling be because I noticed that she has not grown much since I got her. I would say she is about 2 feet. Thanks in advanced

I'm feeding her rats 1.5 the thickest part of her body every week like It should be.
I'm not new to this I have 2 other snakes I know what I'm doing

Well it's obvious that something is wrong if she hasn't grown since you got her.

She has grown but not a whole lot
How much does she weigh and how long is she versus when you got her? We have a female BP almost two years old who is about 600 g, three other "2012" females (I don't know their exact birth dates) are 240 g, 350 g, and 375 g. The smallest female is a picky eater and didn't care to switch from mice to rats, though she'll take them readily enough now.
If you don't know how much she weighs, WalMart sells digital kitchen scales for about $25.

Obviously not if you're unsure if you're undersized snake (from the information you mention) is actually undersized or proper sized.
I can drive a car on the wrong side of the road and not hit anything, doesn't mean I really "know what I'm doing".

That's because you don't know what you're doing.

Go get a scale. An appropriate prey item at her age is 10-15% of her body weight. There's a nice chart of approx. how much feeders typically weigh at http://www.ssnakess.com/forums/python-regius/99661-feed-guide-newbies-rats-v-mice.html#post838487
Start weighing her every few weeks or once a month just after she poops and before you feed her again.

Go get a scale. It's hard to give the advice you're asking for without some reference other than length. Pics, weight, etc.
