I have seen it in snakes that have not fed in a quite a while 3-4 months or more.
One of the blood python babies from last year is on a hunger strike.4 months and counting...just had a neon green urate.

Have seen in it older boas during breeding season when the food is being witheld as well.

Is it bile perhaps? Not sure how similar the snakes digestivd system is to ours but bile in the system of a human can cause green coloured "leavings".

Just happened today. My ij hasn't taken a rat since late September.

I tried to feed an extra rat pup I had thawed this morning he took it.
I came home this evening to find this....
