So I have just recently acquired a central american boa from a very reputable dealer in Miami FL. He is a little over a year old. The snake arrived here early friday and I immediately put him into his aquarium setup. The setup is being kept at between 60% and 70% humidity and temperature in the basking spot at around 88-92 degrees. He seems to be doing just fine and I have only taken him out twice for a few minutes while he is settle in.
Well last night I went out to hang out with some friends and came home at about 3am. He was just hanging out in his cage and was acting pretty normal. I looked under his favorite hiding space and he had taken his first poo. YAY! lol. It looked completely normal and I didn't think much about it.
Then I looked about half way in the middle of his cage and found a very strange yellow, white, and green mass. I don't have a clue what it is and don't believe it to be a regurgitation. I've attached a picture of it below. Unfortunately I can't get him into a vet today as its sunday. Not sure if I should be worried about this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm kind of slightly freaking out here right now.
Thanks,
Sir Pluto
