If it is a male he really won't get much bigger.

If it actually was a Rtb, it would get bigger. Since its a common boa constrictor, it's not going to get any bigger, unles it's actually a female.

Pet stores call all boas red tails. I am just getting tired of pointing out the difference. : (
I figured someone would cover that. Even if it is a female she may not get much bigger but if is quite possible.

You have an eagle eye korbin thats for sure.
Would this guy get along with a 2nd snake? like a tree python maybe?

No way. You should never house different species together, and very rarely can you find a species that will get along with its own kind with no problems.

Yeah, "thats not a Red Tail but a Common Boa" is old to me. I dont care anymore. So yeah, I just enjoy Boas for how beautiful they really are no matter what type they are.

This I definitely would not do. Snakes are solitary by nature and its even more imperative to not house multiple snakes of different species. It could get quite ugly.

I don't see a problem cohabitating snakes of the same species but I wouldn't try two completely different animals like that. If you do cohab him you are going to need a spot on set up and it will need to be quite large.

Well I still care but I figured there would be five or six others pointing it out.

55-70% I think. I honestly don't know as I don't measure the humidity in any of my enclosures.

^^^^ This exactly.^^^^
The whole thing has become so worn out to me and this is why I dont care. It's like beating a dead horse.
BCI, BCC, BCL, they're all Boas and I love Boas. Its just that every time I come across another thread about Boas, it usually ends up with "thats not a red tail, its a common boa". It makes me hesitant to even open up a thread like that and read it.
To the OP. Thats a beautiful Boa you are considering and to answer your original question, assuming thats a male like the guy at the pet store said he was, he wont get much bigger, considering he is a BCI. $150 is a bit steep but he is a full sized adult so thats not too bad I suppose.

Hey guys! I Have my 2 boas that are housed together. One is a female common boa (BCI) and the other is a Male Argentine Boa (BCO). They do perfectly fine together. I was told by a local breeder that you can house two snakes together as long as they are the same species, around the same size and both are not males.
