This Argentine Boa was delivered to me today by it's old owner who drove over 100 miles to surrender it to me. It is beautiful. It also came with a 8' vision cage and under the tank heating.

I was told he is nasty, but I have had no trouble with him.

The nasty part could have just been improper handling

Nice to see a surrender over a rescue any day.

I really like Argies. Their black eyes and mouth are really intimidating.

Is their skin different than most boas? They've always seemed a bit softer to me.

Awesome! Happy he's with a good owner now. Argentines are one of the prettiest boas IMO. Can't wait to see updates on this guy. I know they can get big, how big is he?

I am more into Pyrhons right now , but I was looking at a Hypo Boa at our pet store . He is absolutely incredible looking . But with our recent acquisition of the albino Burm we do not have room for him or the cash to buy it because we has to put out some money for Oscar . Now I am looking at raising feeder rabbits to try to make it a little more affordable to feed him.
