First BITE

This morn I went to change Barnabas's light globe (as I had a blue night time one in), and I opened the door and usually he pooped his head up to look but he didn't this time( maybe sleeping or didnt hear me) and a put my hand over him and quick as a flash he tagged me!
He didn't actually 'bite down' he just striked with his mouth open and a few teeth got my finger.
It only left about 6 TINY holes with a TINY bit of blood.
It didn't hurt at all, felt like someone just tapped my finger with their finger nails!
Well lesson learned! It was COMPLETELY my fault and I startled the crap out of him!

I think Barnabas is a Diamond Python. I got bit yesterday, it hurt though, probably because I was moving my hand up as it happened.

Correct, full blood diamond python. :) I'm lucky my bite wasn't a bad one! Lol
He ate a quail yesterday, so iv put tons of betadine and antiseptic on it! Lol
