I just got in a trio of BRBs (1.0 Anery and 0.2 Hypo... can you guess what project I'm going for?!) from Rainbows R Us today, I open the box and this is what I find:
-Three individual bags marked for ID, professionally and securely tied and sealed. Was actually a pain to get them open!
-A caresheet that was very well written and informative.
-Feeding/shedding records for each individual snake. This is the first time I got this without specifically asking.
-Most importantly: three beautiful, healthy looking snakes! Though one hypo was a bit flighty and tough to get pics of, all were very tame and did not strike once. This is a very different experience from unboxing baby carpets! (evil little buggers...)
Overall, this was a very positive experience and would not hesitate to do business with Dave again and would recommend him to everyone here. He was very prompt about answering my emails and was patient waiting for payment after the initial deposit. Also, and most impressive to me, is the fact that he obviously cares very much about his animals and is passionate about their wellbeing. I have dealt with some of the biggest names in burms and carpets (Tom Reagan and Kerry King), and Dave is at least on par with both of them. As an aside, Tom actually CALLED me to make sure my burms arrived safely, and proceeded to have a fantastic 30+ minute conversation about the hobby/industry (obviously, I wouldn't expect that from Dave, I'm sure he has a job of his own to do during the day!).
The link below has some pics from the unboxing, didn't want to disturb them too much!

Thanks again Dave!
