KK - Great guess! Great to know you're paying attention! But I'm sorry, there was not an iguana of any color in the box.
Youngster - Also very good guesses, unfortunately also incorrect.
Please play again. :-)

Ok, there was a little styrofoam. We're looking for the actual animal(s)
No monitors.

Please note: This *is* the boa forum! Lol
Youngster - Very close!
The correct answer would have been 1.2 juvenile Mad Boas, all the way from Texas!
Stay tuned for pictures of these beauties!
Thank you all for plating. You'll receive consolation prizes as you leave today.

You are getting so many animals. lol i feel like there is always a new post! Which, is totally how i was when i started : )
But, i will still accept one if you feel generous enough to share the wealth! hehe!
But really...i am curious. Are you getting a lot of babies for future breeding project, or do you have some adults now, too? Already adults for breeding, i mean?

No, no adults. These 2-3yr old juvies are now the oldest I have. I also have Clementine, a BRB I believe is 2. The rest are all babies. It's all future planning. A year ago I had a BCI and a BRB. Then my cousin planted the seed in my brain to breed. Then all he** broke loose! Countless hours of research to find the best BRB's I could afford. Then I found Dave Colling and the addiction began.
I've always loved Suri's (all the true Redtails), so that seemed like a natural progression. Next, while doing even more research, I found the MGB's. The incredible beauty of these snakes captivated me! When I found out how docile and "easy" to breed they are and just how rare they are in the hobby, that was a no-brainer!
So, now I've got a nice collection of all 3, growing up slowly.. very, very slowly .. and hope to take the hobby by storm with animals even more beautiful than those I have now.
And there ya have it. My future plans in a nutshell. :-)

lol cool. I knew you were for sure doing it in the future, but i couldn't remember if you had any adults.
Rainbows are very beautiful. For some reason i never got one though...i think i kind of came to them after i'd already reached my limit. Well, that's not true. I'm planning on a female hognose, in August hopefully, and would like a couple of garter snakes.
Other than that, a few years down the line...like when i actually get to own a house (here's to getting out of debt sooner...hear hear!) maybe a GTB and a rainbow : )
I still really got caught up in rescue, but i don't seem to adopt them out after taking them in...lol
We'll see. When i'm ready for one it could be from one of your breedings! : )

That would be awesome! I posted the new MGB's here in the Boa Forum a few hours ago. Not drawing a lot of interest though. You could still be the first to reply! Not to "toot my own horn" or anything. :suspicious:

Lol That begs to question; when does "collecting breeders" become simply "hoarding boas?" :O_o:
