It's probably just going into shed. Mine look like they have double chin when they are in shed.

her loose skin folds like there is not enough solid there to fill all her skin out and has loose skin mostly around her lower jaw and mid section.

Could it be to do with the temperature and lighting in the cage as mine is 93 degrees on the hot side and 80 degrees on the cool side with the humidity at around 60%

Going into shed and growing. Mine do this. I think as they get older it becomes easier to see. Both of mines skin develope folds between being blue and the actual shed. Give it a few days and if there isn't a shed then its time to look at other reasons. Let us know regardless and post pics. We love pics :)

almost sounds like an underweight snake.

if the skin is loose on the animal in the manner described, there is not enough mass to fill in the snake.

Please tell us about your feeding schedule.

I feed her a large rat every 2 weeks, well that is what I have been told to feed her by my friend

Does that rat leave a noticeable bulge for 24 hours after feeding?? If it doesnt then it may be too small of a meal.

how old is the snake? male or female, and how long?

My Boa also looks like he kinda has loose skin when he is close to shedding. It is even more obvious in places where he folds against himself and it seems to crease up even more.

Do you have a picture? Maybe that could help the others out. I am new to Boas myself, so I probably can't be much help. But, here is a picture of what my Hog like when his skin creases up. Sometimes it is even worse the closer he gets to shed and he gets that "double chin" thing too.
