That yawn shot was a matter of luck. I was steadying the camera because he was nice and still, and just happened to yawn for me at the perfect time.

Jesus! $1,800? I guess it's a good thing I'm not a huge fan of their patterns. Don't get me wrong, they are gorgeous, I just don't prefer them. I guess once I get a bit more into snakes, I might change my mind. One thing I do know is that I think carpet pythons heads/faces/noses are adorable!! I don't know what it is... I love carpets!! I'll probably turn into someone that can justify paying that much for a snake, but right now it's too soon lol.

i know you were being sarcastic,sarcasim is a national past time here in Scotland mate;):D

imo it's a pity we all could'nt live closer to each other,as like you i would give hatchlings away for FREE,if i knew they were going to be used,in breeding projects,that would take them to the next level :D

i'm pretty sure if we all could get round transportation issues,there are plenty carpet keepers who would join a group,that.....

swapped/gave away free carpets,to enhance each others breeding plans,without money being involved :D

Almost looks like the texture of granites is different that normals. I know that's not the case though just a very cool appearence. Awesome pic, do a handling pic so we can get an idea of his size! :)
