well.... today was the day... i started to handle my BRB after her temper problems...

for the last year she has not wanted anything at all to do with me.

i was feeding the 2 new bp's and seen her crawling around looking interested, i thought she was hungery (always is) but i threw some gloves on and took her out... she was perfect!!

like she use to be, i only had her out for about 5 min. though... tomorrow will be 5 and so on for a few days.

:):)

You're doing the right thing, working within a time frame, aka 5 minutes, and slowly building it up with each handling session. I wish you continued success working with your BRB, and as others have said, keep us updated with your progress :)

Is 5 minutes long enough to take a picture? ;-)

Woot! Congrats! I was quite pleased my little guy was puppy dog tame (well except when I piss him off) from the moment I got him.

this is the sad part, she was super duper tame when igot her for about a year... then she hit the terrible 1's lol.

yea, but actually, i dont need to handle her... her cage is HUGE so can always take a easy pic, just need to life up her humid hide and there she is!

... and im sort of not wanting to post a pic.. her eyes have a little stuck shed on them... :(

Agreed, the white walls are very vivid in this set. Well done!

Yeah, it definitely looks like she retained her eye caps from her last shed... Have you tried ways to remove it? Or are you just going to wait until the next shed?

She's got a beautiful pattern though. I really like the 3rd pic, where you can see all the spots on her sides

She's great! Solid whitewashing! How old is she?

Thank you all, she has amazing colors, and amazing white walls at night!! she is a little over a year old i believe. Not too sure how old she was when i purchased her... i actually think she will be around 2 yrs old in april? or may? like i said, not sure on age 100%

as for the shed, im going to wait till next one... she usually sheds all in 1 piece, but since she got her new cage and everything my temps/humidity was a little off. if it doesnt come off, ill give her a nice warm bath, and try the pillow case trick :)
