The brand is oxo. You can find it by searching "Oxo with pull-out display". They sell it at most Bed Bath & Beyond and similar stores. It's really convenient. The one I have in the video cost $30.

It all depends on how much weight your scale can measure. Mine can hold up to 11 lbs. It's usually marked somewhere on the scale, usually on the bottom.
