Shaun, awesome snakes! They are all gorgeous!

Zombielotus, I am good friends with Mike, and I don't think he has an actual website, but you can pm me and I'll give you his email. He is located in NJ near Atlantic City, but he does ship. I personally own 4 snakes from him and could not be happier. His prices are also really reasonable.

Here's one of his ads on kingsnake.com Plus there's some other breeder on there with some really nice jungles.

thanks greg,i'm glad to be back mate

chuck the tanks are flat pack ones bought from a shop on line

i added the decor and the snake though, haha

i'll try and get pictures of the pair of 09 pure irian jaya high yellow reduced patterns i got brought back from europe a few months back

the female had a really bad shed 2 weeks after i got her.she retained everything but her nose.

after putting her in a moist box for a few hours her eyecaps came off

the rest i got off in the bath

she still has 3 or 4 inch of retained shed on her neck just behind her head

the male retained 4 or 5 inch on his tail but i got that off with just rubbing it gently in my hands

i have really high hopes for them once they're up to size

after breeding a clutch of pure irians im going to put the female with the reduced irian jag in this post

should make some nice high yellow reduced pattern irian jags from them.

cheers shaun

Shaun, You have got some of the most brilliant looking snakes.

I was looking at that ad on KS, and I know another large enclosure is in my future sometime, the price seems very fair, and with my rat colonies, food could not be cheaper.

And with the best husbandry advice right here at my fingertips, I can't really find an excuse not to have at least one.

I am driving over a hunderd miles on Saturday to look at a JCP. I dont really know what to expect, the guy didn't really answer my questions when I emailed him. But my wife is going to visit some friends in the same town so I figure I could go take a look. If that doesn't pan out I will be ordering one.

my one piece of advice would be to only buy the highest quality you can afford

theres lots of average and below average looking morelia out there

imo it pays to save and get the very best examples available

as said it dont hurt to go have a look if your already heading over that way mate

tylerwortman shes roughly 6ft and would eat all day if you let her

Kicking spring off with a new snake not bad either.
I am wanting to get a male Jag soooooooo bad, but with Christmas around the corner i'll have to wait till spring.:) Took my Diamond x Jungle, Bredli Carpet, and Borneo Short Tail to get them sex the other day thought they were all males. Nope all females. Which is cool now i can get a male jag and breed him to my Diamond x Jungle and Bredli Carpet. Plus i learned how to pop them to find out sex.:)

im thinking it will be spring before i can get any new snakes

i did manage to sneak a pair of irians into the house a couple of months back

so hopefully that will hold my addiction till spring, haha

chuck thats great news imo that yours turned out to be female.cant wait to see your male jag and all the breeding options it will give you mate

always remember to ask if the jag your buying is showing any signs of neurological issues

if your like me re morelia (which im sure you are ) then you get too excited when buying and forget to ask

at least thats what happened to me with at least 2 of the jags ive bought

It will be the most money i ever spent on a snake so i am going to make sure to ask all the right question. I could have got one a couple months back, but i wasn't sure of the sex of my Diamond x Jungle. Also when i ask to see some more pics beside the two in the ad. I noticed it had it head tilted to the left in all but one pics out of ten. Some times it's better to wait till you find the right one. That way when you breed you be sure to get sweet snakes. :)
