Hello, the power went out in my house a few days ago and it is wintertime :(. My reticulated python got extremely cold and even after i restored the temperature she acts as though she is still very sick :(. What should i do and how long will she be in this state?

Likely has an RI (respitory Infection/cold). Raise the temps up some make sure it is at least 85-90 F at the coldest & around 95 F for the hotside. If this doesn't help clear up the cold in the next week or so a vet trip will be required for medication (antibiotics). How cold did it get & for how long? Mark

Im not sure, im guessing in the low 70's, high 60's. She doesnt move around a lot, like she has absolutley no energy. thanks for the info :)

yes, she is far worse, its like she is ******** or something. i walk in and find her laying upside down, and she acts just bizzar...she lays upside down, in weird positions, this is the strangest thing ive ever seen, almost like shes been poisoned. i don't suspect a RI because she doesn't have her mouth gaping all the time, she doesn't salivate exessivley, and she doesn't wheeze when she breaths? do any of the symptoms sound familiar?

Sounds like she needs professional help, hopefully there is a vet that treats Herps in your area, Mark

I noticed she had a little bit more energy today, she can barely lift her head up.
