k i was holding me crested for a little bit. then i decided to put her back. so i walked over to her cage and she jumped into her cage as usewell but this time she just hit the glass on the back of her cage and fell.she kinda was just stund then she started to walk up the side of her cage.she was about half way up when she lost her grip and fell 10 inches straight down. will this affected her helth at all. :greenflam

I don't think anyone can answer that as all animals are different. I'd just keep an eye on her over the next little while and if you see anything that looks like she is in pain or just not normal then I'd take her to the Vet. There really isn't anything else you can do.

mine are slamming themselves against the glass all night long, it concerns me too that they could injure themselves....my big cahouna male always likes to scare me while I;m standing there all of a sudden he comes from nowhere and jumps to the front of the aquarium glass with a loud thump.

Yeah I wouldn't be too worried. When I saw the headline "She took a bad fall" I was thinking she might have jumped down your stairs or off your balcony. Just don't leave any rocks in your enclosures or too much clutter on the floor. Coco Fiber helps a lot for impact of dives and jumps that land with a splat.
