So the female is a normal het snow
The male is an albino (assuming albino means red albino right?) I got a bit thrown off when you said albino het candy cane.
The reason why I said that is because candy cane are selectively bred traits. So nothing could really be het for candy canes. The person (the seller of your snake) could say that he bred a normal to a candycane to get normals het amel from candy cane stock..but there is no such thing as het candy cane.

So from what I am understanding right here is:
Normal het snow x Amel
The results would be 50% Amels and 50% Normals

Hope this helped and if i am wrong with the parentage please correct me~

Some denting in the surface of the eggs does occur, especially if the humidity is low or the female didn't have a moist enough laybox. They should recover during incubation and be plump until when they get close to hatching when they will dimple again. The duds are clearly yellow and smaller than normal with a waxy appearance when laid,

best of luck with them,
