Building a group of cages

I am planning on building a set of cages for corn snakes and maybe others of similar size.
I am thinking of a 4 foot by 8 foot modual with each cage being 32 inches X 24 inches X 12 inches or 16 inches high. That gives 5.3 square feet of floor space.

For heat I am either going to use heat tape 4 inch or that heat rope on reostats then a thermostat when I can afford it. Heat tape to be covered with tile.

What about lighting?
What do you think in general?
Anything I forgot?

good idea.. and whn it comes to lighting no snake needs light... but if its for display you could use a small floresent
