There aren't many people working with rosies in general in Canada yet, so there isn't much of a market to go on. I don't know of anyone off hand that is currently working with San Phillipes, though I remember hearing of somone having them a whiles back. You could try Grant at PCPC, as he does have a variety of locales pass through his hands, and you could also try Roy Stockwell, he's the man to go to for rosies in Canada, he would know if anyone is working with any.
