Our large banded female dropped a clutch of roughly 37 eggs (including 3-4 slugs) earlier this afternoon. This is slightly smaller than last years clutch, and not quite as large as I anticipated. However, we are VERY thankful to have them all the same. She was bred with our original male Red Hypo Jaguar (pictured above). This pairing has incredible potential.

Here I am removing the enormous clutch...

And here is one of their '04 offspring...

I can hardly wait to see what comes out this year!!!! Hallelujah!!!!!! :)

BTW, this was our 3rd and final Jaguar clutch of the year; Irian Jaya x RH Jaguar, Tiger x RH Jaguar and finally this large banded Coastal x RH Jaguar.

Thanks, everyone!!!!!! We are very excited about all of the projects we have cooking! The first of them (namely the Irian x Red Hypo Jaguar clutch, and CVR JCP clutch) are due to start hatching about May 1st. I can hardly wait! :) Here's a recent photo of the RH Jag that sired the Irian Jaya clutch:

Here are a couple more shots of him. Unfortunately it's difficult to capture his true color in pics -- he's a brilliant yellow in person!

Those are some amazing looking animals!!! My partner and I just recently picked up a Red Hypo female from Jan at Jaguar Breeding center. As far as I know, this is the only true Red Hypo Jag here in Canada. Im hoping she'll turn out as nice as the ones you posted.
