First Hatchling Finally

Hey everyone I've been gone for awhile(computer has been down) but I'm back with good news. I got my first hatchling today. The other egg in the clutch was infertile but I guess you have to take the good with the bad. I raised the parents from juvies so I'm pretty excited about it. Now I really cant wait for the other eggs to start hatching.
Wow are they ever small....

The dad is almost 2 and the mother is probably a year and a half.
I just incubated it at room temperature in vermiculite.

I have not been able to find vermiculite, would perlite work as well? how much moisture should be added?
