Blizzards together *pics*

Here is a pic of my pair of blizzard corns, Silica and Silicone. I haven't witnessed copulation, but I have seen Silicone chasing Silica and I do feel what I believe is 8 eggs (the number she laid last year). This is my first time breeding blizzard to blizzard and I am super excited!

Blizzard is my favourite corn morph, and I have waited so long to have a chance at breeding them.

So here is the beautiful pair!

They look so alike in the pics, but in person they are distinctly different. Silicone has a bit of yellow on the nose and is smaller than Silica. Silica is really pink, with a bit of white patterning, whilst Silicone is pretty much, white on white.

This pair is pretty much my ideal pair of blizzard corns, so I hope their babies take after them!

Good luck Katt!!!! I really hope they produce for you, this has got to be the most underrated morph out there. I don't know if you recall, but when my corn was gravid last year, you felt 8 eggs in her too... and she laid 13. :) Let's hope you have the same odds!

Yes, now that you mention it Ken, I was way off with your corn, but hey, I knew she had eggs at least! hahaha!

Last year I felt six in Silica and got 8 so my egg counting sucks!

Thanks for the compliments guys. Wish I could take a decent pic of them. Flash totally whitens them and loses the pale pinkness of their bodies.
