Hey! Planning on getting some Gargoyles in the near future. I was just wondering if a tank 36x18x19 has a suitable height for them? I figure it might be cutting it a bit close vertically.
Just looking for some input from ppl that keep some Gargoyles.
Thank you:)

Hey Clint. You might try putting the tank up on end and switching the sliding glass doors for screen panels. That will give you plenty of vertical space and lots of ventilation which is a must for the genus. Good luck with them.

Thanks Scotty, good idea!:)
Just wondering if it would be able to handle the extra weight on it's side? Thank-you:)

I don't see why not. The tanks are really not that heavy and it's not like you'll be filling them up with rocks and sand. Those tanks are plenty big enough even for a pair of R. leachianus. Set them up with lots of cork bark and artificial plants and your gargoyles will be quite happy.
