Well, here is my smallest girl, I am a tad concerned (has not fed yet) but will give it a couple more weeks before I start freaking out. I have had her for only 2+ weeks but she is so small (96g when I got her and 87g now :( )
Anyways here she is, please lemme know if you think she looks "skinny".

This week end I will try a pinkie rat, F/T then fresh killed and then maybe alive. I guess if she won't take that I will try a mouse, which I don't want to do.
LOL I hope she doesnt want hamsters

As long as you keep the humidity up and she's always got fresh drinking water, she will be fine. She will eat when she's ready. Don't handle her whatsoever until she's eaten at least 2 or 3 consecutive (sp?) meals. Good luck.
Hump.
edit- she doesn't look overly skinny.

I have a feeling this weekend will be the one for her. LOL I wish Balls ate like my Boas, I think they must be related to King Snakes with the feeding response I get from them.

Well there's your problem right there!
You bought the snake in the FUTURE!
Therefore, it needs to catch back up to the time it is originally from to attain the mass it had on that particular date.
Alternatively, you may wish to utilize the time machine you used to buy the snake initially, to return it to its original time, and wait for your space-time to catch up with it.
This should seal the space time continuum and return the snake to its original weight :D
And yes its skinny.
Head too big for body too.
No I don't think it looks skinny at all. Forget the pinkies and try a large fuzzy rat or small hopper rat fresh killed or frozen thawed warmed up. Hey Pablo maybe you should stick to fish!! LOL!! Space time continuum? Too funny!! LOL!!

Pablo = smart asp!
LOL you do raise a good point though ( that being I am an idiot  ) but if I could jump back a tad I would pick some winning numbers on Super 7 for a change :D
Thanks again for the tips.

When I first got my bp, she didn't eat for the first 5-6 weeks I got her. The vet tube fed her for me. She was 41 grams at the time. She actually didn't appear all that skinny either. That might give you an idea of where your snake is at.
She is slim but not skinny.
Give her a small hide box and she will eat...

Damn last night (11:00) almost pitch black, I gently lifted the lid off my Rubbermaid and she was sitting exactly like Jeff said, in her hide with just her head out, tongue going like crazy. I offered the fuzzy rat and she tested it, checked it out a bit and then disappeared into her hide. I left the rat outside until 0530 hrs this morning and then gave it to one of the other balls who was not even in her hide, but is an aggresive eater. Maybe next time.
I will try the "holding the rat by the back" method as this time it was hanging by its foot.
Hehe learn something new every day here.

She is a little on the slim side but certainly not skinny. Losing nine grams in two weeks is significant though, especially for such a small snake. Was there a defication in this time? Was she sufficiently hydrated? Were both weights taken on the same scale? Balls can normally go weeks without food and barely loose a gram.
Do you know what PCPC had her feeding on? Perhaps she is a mouse feeder or was being fed live.
In my experience the trick to feeding is to get the feeder really warm; sometimes when they burst the smell (stench) can trigger feeding, though if it doesn't work you're left with a gruesome mess and a wasted feeder.
Good Luck

I have tried pinky and fuzzy rats f/t and fresh killed), and now I have tried Ft fuzzy mice. She has lots of clean water and a nice hide. I will keep trying, maybe in a few more days.

Give her a week in between trying to feed her because if you are trying every couple of days that will just stress her out. Once she starts to eat then feed her every five days. Also like most said she does not look skinny just a little on the small side. HTH
