Pastel breeding #2!

Just when I thought he had given up I found this. He's been here for almost a month and is on his second trip through my female rack. The first time through he only bred one female. This time he has passed by two so far. I think the difference is I finally replaced my humidifier. I also started heat them up on the 1st. What ever the case, higher temps or higher humidity I'm glad to see he's at it again.
This female laid 5 slugs last year. Let's hope that was because of the male I was using and not the female.

Trevor & Bristen, It could be that the other females are just not yet quite ready, perhaps late bloomers that will ovulate a little later...

That could be but there are only two in the rack that have never been exposed to a male before and one of those two was the first to look up. I think now that I got the humidity back up and I've started to heat them up I'm see results because of those changes. Or, if it is that the other females just weren't ready yet lets hope they are soon.lol

Thanks mykee! If nothing else I hope I get a pair out of this project. If all 6 girls take and have nice size clutches and the odd are in our favour then hopefully we'll both get a few at least.
