ok, here is what I have so far.ambiant temps 75 - 85. hot spot 90 - 95. night tome drop of 5 - 10 degrees. which of the Carpet pythons have the best disposition. i like the looks of the jaguar carpets but i also like the jungle carpets, so i'm in a bit of a dilema. so i thought i'd also ask who in Canada works with these beautiful pthons. and please feel free to correct me or add fcts to my gathered husbantry data.

I know jungle carpets only need a hot spot of 86-88 as I read on nerd's website. That could be the ambient warm end but you can check out their caresheet on google. Type in newenglendreptiles or something to that and you should find their site. I think all carpets are "mean" as babies and can be a bit snappy but most will calm down with gentle handling. As far as ive seen coastels are the "meanest" but ive never dealt with Irian Jaya's soo.
Jaguars can be pricey and im not sure if its a hybrid or if its a morph of coastal. I havn't read up on any other carpet really except for jungles. Id say go with jungles, imo their the nicest :D

Temps are ranging WAY too much. 75-85 is just not accurate enough.
78-80F cool end (and thus, ambient) 90-92F warm end. That's it, piece of cake.

What size of enclosure do you use for them?
Adults are in 3x2x1.5. BIG females go in 4x2x1.5.
Babies go in appropriately-sized Rubbermaids until 1.5 years of age.
And do you deel with the jaguars?
Ssshhhhhh..... maybe........;)

I have had many many baby .. neonates coastals and I'd say maybey 1% of all mine were agresive .... As for neonates jungles, Id say a bout one out of 2 were agressive .. Just my observations
Whatcha Hidding Jeff???
