You can use a blech solution or you can buy special reptile cleaner found at most pet stores. These too cleaners will work on aqurium glass and rubbermaid plastic, cermic (sp?) or plastic water bowls and hideboxes. For wood your best bet is to bake it for 30 mins or so at around 300-400 degrees f I believe.
Hope that helps

oh just thought I'd add you have to take out all the bedding and your corn before you do this. Just incase this is your first herp and you didn't know.:)

Ingredience U will need:

Hot water ..LOTS
vinegar ...not alot
scrub brush.. a good one
Muscle power...lots of it

Combine then all inside the tank :) thats all I do

You only need to do a full out bleach clean if the tank starts to really smell or every 6 months. Thats what I do and their is absolutly no smell from my tanks.

Everytime your animal goes to the washroom, you should "spot clean" and take out the feces and anything it rubbed off on. Change and clean the water daily. Thats all for cleaning really.

I have a large malemine encloser, 4x2x3 high. I just cleaned it today. Here's what I did. I removed the 2 snakes and all the equipment ie bowls, hides, limbs. I have a removable 2" piece of wood at the front to keep the substrait from spilling on the floor when I open the front. I removed it and swept the Repti Bark substrait into the trashcan. I used Clorox Cleanup to clean the inside of the enclosure. Then I wiped it down with warm water to make sure the cleaner is gone. Waited about 30 minutes to make sure it was dry and all fumes were gone and put everything back in. It wasn't very dirty since the snakes were just hatchlings but they were in there for about 4 months. An aquarium should be a little easier. I'm sure everyone will let me know what they think about the Clorox Cleanup :)
