F/T Pinkies Temp?

Just wondering. I usually put the thawed pinkies in warm water about 100 degrees to raise the temp above room temp. Does anyone else do this or am I obsessing? My thinking is, it would be closer to the body temp of a live mouse. I'm feeding 2 each to my 6 months old corns every 6 days. I have a female aztec and a male candy cane.

I thaw out my pinkies in hot water... once they're thawed, I put them in water thats hot to the touch to heat them up before feeding... 100 degrees is boiling point, is it not? I don't think you need to boil your pinkies ;)

dannyc is American (according to the location) so it's likely Fahrenheit. 100 degrees Celcius would be a mess...

Yes I meant 100F I thaw them at room temp for an hour and then drop them in hot water for about 3 min. The water is hot to touch but not hot enough to burn me :) Nobody said to do this anywhere I read but it seemed logical. Sorry about the confusion.

I just put them in luke warm water untill their thawed completely my Corns devour them, same with the rest of my rodent eating animals.

i`ve never had a problem with temp - my little buddies take them no matter what -
but yes I do thaw them

i put a cup of water in the microwave for 2minutes and 50secs..then i put a pinky in a ziploc and leave it in the water for 5-10 minutes. i find it to be easy, and quick.

I thaw and feed at room temperature.

I fill up my sink with the hottest water I can in my bathroom and throw in all the food items. Works for me as I don't feed over 10 snakes. After the item thaws it I dry it off with a towel ive kept as my rat towl just so no one else uses it after :D
