Normal...but BEAUTIFUL!

Had to clean my girl's rubbermaid today so I decided to give her a quick inspection, weighed, and measured her. She's a little over 8.5 months old, 36.5 inches (used snake measurer program), and 842 grams. I was supposed to feed her but I think I annoyed her enough for today so I'll try to feed her friday. I also snapped a quick pic of her. This is for all you normal lovers out there....

I'll be in search of a male pastel this spring...any recommendations??

Thanks Nita...I was thinking as she ages that she would begin to lose that bright gold color. I hope that isn't the case though.

My one CH female that I got this summer is really high gold like your trinity and she just keeps getting brighter with each shed. My husband said she is pretending to be a pastel. Hopefully Trinity keeps that bright color, my Pytho is only about 8 months too and weighs 480g as of yesterday. I will post a pic of her and get a new one to show you too, she has always had lots of orange to her blushing but since her last shed she has totally blown me away with how bright the yellow has gotten too.

Sam, that's a beautiful lookin' normal, the high gold is stunning. If you're lookin' for a male pastel this year, there are many great Canadian breeders out there who will have great stock; Mark Mandic (www.ballpython.ca), Jeff Favelle (www.jefffavelle.com), me (www.strictlyballs.ca), Jon Kendrick if I'm not mistaken will be producing some this year (www.niagarareptiles.com) Trevor Furlotte/Bristen Borque (no site that I am aware of) and there are plenty of others, sorry if I forgot some of you...

WOW!!! thats a gorgeous normal!!! always been a big fan of normals oppossed to any other morph, but hey if anyone feels like giving me a pieball or ghost I have no objections lol:P:)
