New (first) Corn :)

Hey all... this weekend I was given a yearling snow corn as a trade for a baby bearded dragon. I snapped some photos of him/her (not sure, but I think it is a male). This one really shows the yellow on his sides (bright, lovely yellow).

Gorgeous pink snow - very bright yellow as well. Love the large, even saddle markings on this guy.

The picture looks a bit as if he has retained shed on the tail tip - hard to be sure, but if it is, would be a good idea to give him a few hours in a humid box (damp towel in a warm place) to try and soften it so you can remove it. If the tail tip doesn't shed it can result in the end of the tail being constricted as it dries out and they can lose the tail tip.

Yes, I forgot to mention...when the guy originally bought it, that weekend it escaped for more than 3 months. We he found it again it's tail tip had dropped, and this is the last of the blackend tip. It looks much better than it did, but yes thank you for the reminder to soak him :)

Thanks for all of the compliments! I am very happy with this guy. He is very friendly and easy to handle...so different than my "wild" big spotted python ;) (the little one is ok though, lol)
