Kevin reminded me, I needed to post some pics of my new ANERY cornsnake that I picked up few weeks ago, from Tim Cranwill. He's an awesome little snake, nice bold colors, has shed twice for me and eats like MAD!Plan to breed him with my female snow when he is able to breed! GO ANERY's!!

Everyone, meet "Nova"

ok, breeding/genetics question...

breeding an anery to a snow will produce blizzards? what percentages?

this stuff can be confusing. lol

Breeding an anery to a snow will produce all anerys that carry amel, unless the anery parent carries amel, in which case there will be half anery het amel and half snow.

Blizzards are produced when amel is combined with a different form of anery - the charcoal also called anery B. Anery B and blizzards are less common than anery A and snows, at least around here. It can be very hard to tell an anery A from an anery B, based only on appearance, both look like black and white corns but breeding trials will confirm.
